Chicken – Feline Complete:
The chicken used in our recipes is hormone & antibiotic-free that is sourced from local Ontario farms.
Chicken is beneficial in maintaining both day-to-day and long-term health. Chicken is an excellent source of tryptophan and an excellent source of Niacin (B3), and protein. Chicken is also considered a good source of vitamin B6 and phosphorus. This mix of B-complex vitamins makes chicken a helpful food in supporting energy metabolism. Bone is an excellent source of calcium and fat-soluble vitamins.

Turkey – Feline Complete:
Our turkey is sourced from local Ontario farms that are free-range, hormone and antibiotic-free.
Turkey is low-fat meat and a source of zinc which is essential for a healthy immune system and needed to metabolize fat, protein, and carbohydrates. Turkey is an excellent source of trace mineral selenium and a good source of niacin and vitamin B6. These two B vitamins are important for energy production, and Niacin is essential for converting the body’s proteins, fats, and carbohydrates into usable energy.

Our Feline Complete Beef raw cat food contains a combination of extra lean cuts of beef trim, heart, liver, and kidney sourced from local Canadian farms. The cattle used in our recipes are pastured-raised and hormone & antibiotic-free.
Beef is beneficial in maintaining both day-to-day and long-term health. Beef is an excellent source of protein, zinc, vitamin B12, selenium and phosphorus and is a good source of iron, Niacin, vitamin B6 and riboflavin.

Our proprietary species-specific probiotic blend is derived from both healthy domestic cats and free-range cats. This 3-strain probiotic blend contains and exhibits prebiotics, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory properties, and proprietary ingredients, which serve as fuel to sustain the multiplication and growth of healthy probiotic organisms within the body. Our probiotic blend is also freeze-dried and will not be affected by the freezing process.

What is Rotational Feeding?
Rotational feeding is simply rotating between different Healthy Paws proteins to ensure that your cat or dog gets the proper nutrients from a wide range of ingredients to help support overall health and wellness.
A rotational feeding diet can be daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or even box-to-box.
SAFE RAW FOOD HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Keep food frozen and thaw in refrigerator until it is ready to use.
- Raw food must be used within 3 days after thawing.
- Return unused food back to the refrigerator after serving.
- Thaw on plate.
- Serve in stainless steel or ceramic dishes.
- Wash all work surfaces, utensils, serving spoons and hands with hot water & soap after handling raw meat & poultry.
